Built in 2012: The modern passive houses offer 68 rooms in shared flats and 16 individual flats with lavishly equipped kitchenettes. All rooms are furnished. Each room in the 6-bed flatshares has its own bathroom. The rent already includes a television connection (IP-TV) and fibre optic internet access.
