In the car park behind the house you will find a small barbecue area at your disposal. Please use it with care.

Internet

Each flat has a high-performance internet connection. You can connect a PC directly or a router, which must then be DHCP-configured.

In the flats

You can do whatever you like in your flat - as long as you observe the house rules.
The rule of thumb is: ‘Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!’ Respect the property of your flatmates and make sure you take care of the communal facilities (kitchen and bathroom) - it has been shown that flat-sharing communities get on better with a cleaning schedule.
If you notice any damage to the parquet flooring, windows, kitchen, doors or corridors, please inform our caretakers immediately (hausmeister(at)hsw.uni-wuppertal.de) or use our defect report form.

Washing & Drying

You can use the communal laundry facilities in the basement. A wash cycle costs 2,- EUR, a dry cycle 1,50 EUR.
